Joe Hill General Well, this certainly brings back memories!!! More than once, I sat at a local burger joint on this street, and watched these giants rumbling through town. Awesome! 8/14/2009 3:15:05 PM
Tim Huemmer General Wow, I had no idea that the tracks used to run through town this way. I just looked at an aerial map of the city and can see traces of the old alignment. Next time I'm in the area, I'll have to look for traces of this old route. Thanks for posting! 8/18/2009 11:23:51 AM

Bryan Smith General Cherry Street I think. I have seen this back in the day but there are few photos around. Great pic. And I remember a burger joint on this street...in an old store building with tall ceilings and crumbling walls. They served a burger about twice the size of a half dollar for a cheap price. You could buy a sackful for a few dollars...and they were good!!! 3/22/2011 6:45:59 PM
Dennis Weber General Nice Shot. 3/22/2011 7:16:28 PM

Ken Roble General What were they thinking building a railroad right down a narrow corridor? I had heard they had a major derailment destroying some of the buildings there for the line was rerouting around Montezuma. Glad someone had shots of this. 1/2/2012 12:16:22 PM
Mike Maskel General NICE SHOT 8/1/2018 4:29:46 PM
