Seaboard Coast Line U30B #1710 is the trailing unit of Birmingham (AL) bound Frisco run-thru train #334          
The lead GP30 is flying white "extra" flags and, in the distance, the old Cragford warehouse is in its last winter as it will be removed in the spring of 1974 as part of the project to bridge over the adjacent crossing and Crooked Creek which is out of site in the valley to the left. The old Cragford "Section" house is off the passing siding to the left. The former Cragford depot sat on the inside of the curve, just beyond the warehouse, and had been gone several years by the time of this photograph
